EMHPrescient Name Changes To HangalaPrescient
EMHPrescient Holdings and its subsidiaries, EMHPrescient Investment Management and EMHPrescient Unit Trust Limited, a joint-venture company between Hangala Capital, the financial services arm of the Hangala Group, Nineteen Nil Four Holdings, a company owned by Namibian businessman Theo Mberirua and Prescient Holdings, a global investment management company based in Cape Town, wishes to inform its valued stakeholders, retail and institutional clients of it's name change to HangalaPrescient Holdings, HangalaPrescient Investment Management and HangalaPrescient Unit Trust Limited effective from 1 August 2018.
EMHPrescient's three (3) investment funds will also undergo a name change with effect from 1 August 2018 and will be called as follows:
- HangalaPrescient Money Market Fund;
- HangalaPrescient Income Provider Fund and;
- HangalaPrescient Absolute Balanced Fund
There will be no operational or management disruptions as we remain committed to our investment process and prioritizing our clients' interest.
